Increasing your sales conversions: A seminar on Bitrix24-based sales management system held by First BIT in Dubai

On May 26, at Grand Millennium Hotel the staff of technopeak Dubai held a seminar entitled «Efficient lead handling: Using CRM to increase conversion». The seminar gathered about 20 participants.

Seasoned professionals of the Dubai branch of technopeak — head of the automation department and project manager Evgeniy Podborskiy and senior consultant Natalia Koryakovtseva — presented a detailed account of modern methods and technologies aimed at improving sales conversion using CRM, based on the real example of managing business processes in Bitrix24. The seminar's materials piqued the participants' keen interest, and they asked a number of questions during the ensuing discussion. The topics that attracted most attention were:

  • the CRM system implementation;
