technopeak Dubai turns three!

Dear friends and valued customers!

We are happy to announce the 3-year anniversary of the technopeak UAE branch. Not a considerable age, of course, but over this period of time we've achieved results to be proud of. Here's a short list of our accomplishments.

Over the past 3 years we've helped hundreds of companies, solving various problems in the areas of IT infrastructure and information systems development as well as technical support.

During the last 12 months, our IT services line of business had been growing rapidly. We've managed to become a reliable partner for dozens of regular customers, among which are such names as Adidas, Goodyear Middle East, and Dubai Government (Dubai Club for Disabled).

In the same period, technopeak gained a prestigious official partner status in business relationships with major global IT market players — Veeam Silver Partner and VMWare Professional Partner. We've succeeded in building from the ground up partnerships with leading UAE vendors, securing prompt delivery service of only certified hardware and software to our customers.

Over the past year, our IT department team has doubled both in the number of employees and their competence level. We've started offering new service packages such as virtualization, data backup systems, MS Exchange support, and complete office IT setup.

The key category of our services, business automation, has also experienced healthy growth. Among the development tasks we've successfully completed during this time, there have been two major projects more than 1,000 billable hours each. New Payroll and HR modules for our flagship FirstBIT ERP solution have been released, featuring functionality developed for strict compliance with the laws of the UAE.

The total number of our ERP customer base has exceeded 50 companies, giving the company management a good reason to promote the FirstBIT ERP development team to the status of an individual department.

The successful launch of a new set of products and services in the business automation area—Bitrix24—has won for our Dubai office the status of the first and so far the only one in the Middle East and Africa Bitrix24 Certified Gold Partner as well as large deals with UAE government agencies, Ajman Executive Council and Dubai Media Office.

At the end of our 3rd year in the business, technopeak Dubai has firmly established itself in the UAE business automation and IT services market. We are looking forward to continue confidently gaining top positions in the market, solving the most challenging problems and providing high-quality IT solutions.
